Junge iranische Stimmen in Berlin

Persian literature is a continuum in the midst of discontinuities. It has recorded the demise of great powers, changes of regimes and coups – in both form and content in the description of existential crises. On the eve of Nowruz, the Persian spring and new year’s celebration, Iranian writers read from their texts and talk about the point where they’re located on the continuum of a great literary tradition.

Event will be in German and Farsi with German translation
In cooperation with Forum Berlin of Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung
